The Drum Line is an homage to the rhythmic precision and collective spirit of the HBCU marching band tradition. Inspired by the mantra “one beat, one sound,” this piece embodies the disciplined synergy required to turn individual talent into a singular, powerful force. Utilizing a resonant combination of Lapis Lazuli, Tiger’s Eye, Onyx, and Hematite, this bracelet serves as a tribute to those who move in perfect harmony with their community and their purpose.

Composition: Sodium aluminium silicate with sulfur, chlorine, and hydroxyl (Lapis); silicon dioxide with iron inclusions (Tiger’s Eye & Onyx); iron oxide (Hematite).

Logic
The composition is built on the foundation of synchronization. Lapis Lazuli enhances communication and truth, essential for the collective "sound." Tiger’s Eye and Onyx work in tandem to provide focus and shield the wearer from external noise, ensuring the "beat" remains steady. Hematite, the grounding anchor, provides the necessary weight and stamina to maintain momentum through the most rigorous performances.
