The Maroon Eagle is an independent, inspired tribute to North Carolina Central University and the enduring pride of its Eagles. Built from Ruby Zoisite, Clear Quartz, and Hematite, the bracelet brings together natural red-and-green variation, transparent clarity, and a dark metallic foundation. The composition reflects the strength, vision, academic purpose, and institutional pride associated with the Eagle as a symbol of achievement and forward movement.

Lithic Analysis
Specimens: Ruby Zoisite, Clear Quartz, and Hematite.
Composition: A three-stone arrangement featuring natural Ruby Zoisite, Clear Quartz, and Hematite. Ruby Zoisite is a natural combination of ruby and zoisite, commonly displaying green groundmass with red-to-pink ruby inclusions; color distribution and pattern vary from bead to bead. Clear Quartz contributes a transparent to translucent register, while Hematite provides a dark gray-to-silver metallic appearance. Natural variation in color, inclusions, translucency, and surface character makes each bracelet unique.

Logic
Within the symbolic logic of this artifact, Ruby Zoisite carries the most varied visual register.
